Hi,I think a person should start counting in reverse say from 10 to 1, so that his minds gets diverted to some-where else & he/she can overcome his anger.
Hi,Eating chocolates, cold drinks, glass of water....all these can help control anger...beside this if you can take bath,it will quickly bring down the mercury.
Hi,when u get anger from any reason, just discuss with ur best pal/frnd and take out all your anger out of your heart and mind. and do ur fvrt thing like party/cooking/singing/dance/reading/anything.
Hi,just put urself busy into some other activities like some work/ur favorite hobby / or just sing ur fvrt song into urself.and when get back to home take a chilled shower and chat with ur best frnd.
Hi, I think a person can overcome his anger, by finding a vacant place like "a free road in the late night" (type of environment) or an empty hall, etc. where he/she is alone & there he/she can shout loudly for a minute or two so that he can release his mind frustration & this how he/she can overcome his anger !!!
i think dat persn shud leave dat place for a while ... and do listen his/her fav music ... or went fr a short sleep ... dat i do mostly ...
