Hi Prakash/coolflame,ur suggestion is ok but u know after quiting smoking i may have the habit of chewing gums, which i don't want but i think Coolflame idea is gr8 & its working too because normally i smoke 10 cig. a day but now its lower down to 3 to 4 a day, i hope it helps me out to quit smoking completely.
1. Eat dark chocolates when ever you feel like smoking. So always keep that choco with you.2. Drink a lot of water.
Hi, I think one more thing can be done to quit smoking is that a person should change his companions, i mean a person should spend more time with those persons around who doesn't smoke at all, & i think it helps quit smoking easily.Thanks
Other thing you can do..but it really requires a lot of strength...Every one who smokes know when he requires one urgently...exactly then goto the shop and turn back without taking one and don't touch ciggi the whole day...if u can do this...you are on ur way...
